Indeed. However if you are selling the kind of seeds that I think that you are selling, this business venture really needs to move to Silk Road.

"The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent meetings and conferences. The apex of the systems was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world's central banks which were themselves private corporations. Each central bank...sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasury loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to influence the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence cooperative politicians by subsequent economic rewards in the business world."

No, but I think it's legal to sell seeds... I'm not selling drugs... Is it illegal for you to buy seeds ?
As irrational as that is; yes, it's illegal for a US national to import seeds of contrabanded plants. .btw I'm only selling a few seeds a person, for personal use, 1-2-3 bitcoins, not thousends
That's not the point. This forum exists in a US juristiction, and is therefore subject to the legal system we have. We would rather not attract the attention of the jackboots if it's avoidable, and it probably is for a while yet. As such, items in the marketplace should be limited to products and services that are legal in the juristiction of the forum's server. I don't object to the use of such substances, nor do I contest that it's legal in the land of the rivers Am and Ster, but I am obligated to protect the forum and it's ownership from risk if I am able. If that means that I must insist that you take your business to another forum that is more appropriate to this endeavor, this I will do. Please don't make me enforce your silence. You are encouraged to set up an alternative forum in Amsterdam if you feel that this is an unacceptable limitation upon your freedom of expression.

Would it change something if I add a big warning: Don't buy my seeds if this is not legal in your country ?
That would be a vast improvement, yes. I won't interfere if you do your best to make it clear what your juristiction actually is, and that you will not be sending any of your products to the United States.

Could make sense couldn't it ? That's not the point. This forum exists in a US juristiction, and is therefore subject to the legal system we have.
Yay! Freedom of speech! (not implying private forums can't enforce whatever rules they deem appropriate of course ) We would rather not attract the attention of the jackboots if it's avoidable, and it probably is for a while yet.
Meanwhile, at the CIA xD the land of the rivers Am and Ster

Actually, to my understanding seeds can be legally imported into a few states, don't quote me on this, but I suggest getting clarification, there are many online shops that happily ship to most US states.

You need a special federal license to import any viable lifeform in the US from overseas.

Seeds are not a life form.
You need to go back to whatever school system you came from and demand your money back.
