What wallet version are you using? The latest one should sync fine and has tonnes of nodes built in. |

I have not had any dealings with bobsurplus but there does seem to be a lot of controversy surrounding him. Just so people are aware. |

Has i said earlier, i know he was supporting EMC2 when it was created but i don't know his involvement with the last management team, since last september (2014). The Einsteinium Foundation is lead by a new management team and there's no affiliation between the new and the old management. |

My VTC wallet will not update. I'm using version 0.9.0.1. Last ran the wallet 10 days ago. Went to run it tonight and it says "no block source available"
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try removing your peers.dat file. What block are you stuck on? You can try adding node addnode=pool.verters.com to your config |
