I am not part of the UNADP but I do know the project and what they are trying to do. They are a University that has dedicated their entire existence to help low income students to be able to study and get a degree. Recently the Universidad de Panama (Panama National University and supervising body of all private universities) changed the rules and made them eliminate %75 of their degrees because they have to pay a very high renewal license.
They are a private enterprise that functions as a social development project that provides very low tuition fees and very flexible payment plans, similar to a charter school but without the government subsidies. They are desperate and looking for people interested in helping them survive the new rules and allow them to keep on helping low income hard working people get a college degree.

Thanks for your time
