The sales pages explicitly says that you just buy a binary to download but no support service.

- Note: Doesn’t contain the auto-exchange module, you have to buy it separately.
- Note: Doesn’t include support service. You have to buy a separate support contract if you like to get paid support.
If you had kindly asked for a refund, i'd be happy to help you but your acts are unacceptable.
So basically you are not scammed, as the sales page clearly states, this is an open source project, and you are buying just a binary download to help the project which in your case you got the binary (which is the only promise of the related sales page). I've already linked the documentation (
https://github.com/CoiniumServ/CoiniumServ/wiki) and as no support is included with the binary sales, you are on your own to set the software and use it. And basically if you can't setup a single damn mysql connection, you can't really manage a mining pool.
And sorry you can't get support for a full-fledged server software just for 39.99$ binary.[/list]
