Just because you profited from it does not make it not a scam.

Its all well and good to inform us that a certain coin is a scam, but....

You have posted up zero evidence, showed us zero proof and given us zero reasons.

This is not an attack on you, but you can't post up stuff like this, without showing us any facts what so ever.

A very large amount of the 12mill coins went to users mining hash points since the beginning of zencloud. All hashpoints we're converted to paycoins. Early users and investors got to split them. They also sold some during a public ICO for $20. 500,000 was left for POW for outsiders or people that were late. So I guess you can call it what you want. The people who used zencloud since the beginning got the upperhand. If you've never used zencloud you would have no idea whats actually going on. I was lucky enough to mind some hashpoints with my hashlets instead of pointing it a btc. and got 1 xpy for every 400 hashpoints. Also the coin was introduced on their forum instead of bitcointalk.

The website said sold out for $20.  Was this an IPO or some kind of misrepresentation and lie?

Regardless, it has already felled down to around $7.  I assume it is because they premined 12+ million for themselves and only sold / issued out 300,000 and been dumping those 12 million coins for a quick buck.  So not only did they collect $6 million (If they had really sold 300,000 for $20 each) but they are also dumping free coins on top for additional money!

As well everything on Google indicates that it isn't a new 2.0 coin but a $hitcoin (clone) of Peercoin which, in crypto time, is old as dirt.

I don't think you have to guess my verdict - it is obvious - this is definitely fraud and scamming here.

This coming from someone that has a "Trade with extreme caution" warning attached to him... very trustworthy info there...

As a note: the 12mill coins were split for all Prime controllers and the Hashpoints of people that chose to mine with them, which have now been  converted to Paycoin.

Also yes they did use Peercoin code, and why wouldnt you if thats what works well for what your trying to do?

At this point, BTC is looking like a scam. Or at the very least, a poor investment.

How can an altcoin be a scam? If this is a scam then all other coins are too.

There is only the pump.
That's how it works. When there's a pump everybody praise the coin, when the dump comes everybody cry and call it scam. They never learn Cheesy

Ok, since you asked, no its not capped at anything. On GAW's own site, they are providing a floor of $20. So no, not capped.
