Looks like a possibly hacked/sold account. Did you buy it? Can you sign a message from an old address associated with the account? Did you have any other accounts banned as well?

The only key to get your account back is the sign message from staked address even you bough that account you can ask the private key.
So if you doesn't have it you can claim it back, just let it go..

Not really, but buying/selling hacked accounts is against the rules. Regardless, good luck trying to get an admin to unban it, especially if you can't provide a verifiable signed message.
