It is active - I personally am testing the returns before committing a large number on miners that way.
But, if it helps ERC, I will always have some miners there.

I read on their site that they do daily payout's.  I can't find anything about minimum payout.
Currenly also mining at Inferno Pool to support ERC (just tiny bits with and old graphics card).

That means, in 12 hrs paid 0.125 BTC on miningrigrental.com 60 THS = 50k ERC = 0.16 BTC / ERC price 320 sat! Not bad at all = per day = 0.32BTC

the proxis and the actual staking servers.

Just checked in at inferno pool and it looks like  it
 is down at the moment. Will check back later and report
Edit: connection issue - links work 1 time not the next,
       not sure if it is me or them .
      got through to miner stats eventually - clearing cache to see if that helps
Edit 2: 502 errors - problem seems on their server side  - get thru with persistence
      miner stats not updating but, appears work and coins being accumulated.

hm i know they are building things in between maybe that causes some interruption,
may be a good idea to configure a backup pool to not waste your power
