Exactly, Bitlock is not build in yet, so there is mining needed to move the .Chain.
Bitblock is the innovation, that is adding the "unstoppable" feature to our coin, but it would just be in the way,
when testing the core. That's why its added later.

Kalenen, did you see our "easyinstaller with blockchain?"
its on the op.

Three things:

1)  try installing this version, it installs the blockchain during the setup.
Then update, everything by installing the current version

Not really, thank you, the most important test has just happened and that was
posting this wallet without any tutorial or hint, to find out how many people are having problems
or find our installer and software easy and flawless. [PASSED]

Next thing i am interest in, is to have as many platform-combinations, as possible  n the game.
(e.g. 32 bit, 64bit, AMD, INTEL, NVIDIA, ATI, whatever) to know, about the compatibility
and as many windows versions as possible, to make sure no library or .dll  is missing and stuff like that ...
So if you have different windows environments, the more test, the better

However reading these feedback here, i am increasingly confident, this will be the smoothest swap ever.
I am enjoying the learning curve  between my first "release" and our current release as a team,
where everybody's action falls into place, where its needed, the most.
This is much better than acting in permanent troubleshooting mode.

If you havent been around for a wile, here is a brief quick update about what's cooking.

1) Federated Blockchains Project Management Platform is out of alpha and running fine,
We are currently gathering and planning the cross team structure and how to manage it.

2) I have founded a Company for Point-of-Sales Systems based on FedChain as a core
and surprisingly managed to get a venture capital Investor with a big budget.
So we just rented a 2500 squaremeter office building and listed our business as a GmbH (is it called "limited in the US?)
In two / three month, the company will also provide funding for Federated Blockchains and will hire developers.

3) We had voting this week and the community agreed to make a radical change:

a) ERC is upgraded to the newest staple core
b) ERC will go back to POW and will feature HODL RAM mining
c) will enable timelock function for interest
d) will have Bitlock protection to keep the chain moving, even if there are no miners
e) will be swapped over a secure Swapserver, reducing total coins to 9 mil and max supply to 32 mi (ratio 10:1)
f) is nearly done, i released the Testnet Public Alpha yesterdayl and  everybody is playing araound.

Great, thanks, now HOdling 1 ERC! I have mined 12 ERC using 2 CPU cores, but the chain moves so slowly it takes time for them to mature. I will be sending them around soon.

please have a look at the OP. We updated the ERC to version 2.0.3 already. After this download, you will be fine. Or, you can wait till the swap for ERC V3 is ready.
