Yes but take care, this Article has a translation error.

It states the case, as if Jens Weidmann would be the Chief of the "Deutsche Bank", by bringing up the bad ratings of "Deutsche Bank".
So the responsibilities and the connections, described in this Article, are quite screwed up.

What i REALLY said:
I wrote him to be LOBBYING for "Deutsche Bank" while being himself the Chief of the "Bundesbank",
and THEN I made the connection to the "Deutsche Banks" bad ratings.

Thank you for the comparison.

This is the perfect moment to point out some differences between so-called-3.0-coins and EUROPECOIN FINANCE CLOUD API.
As an Example Ethereum (but there are many, others): It puts its technology into the coin itself.
This makes it an island among all the other coins. We took a different approach:


1) The core

- We equiped Europecoin with a IoT ready and 10 MB Blocksize
- We made sidechain by ready by implementing check-time-verify (see lightening network, which is based on that technology)
- We implemented DK3 double retargeting, for best "load-balancing " and secure diff mechanism and better sidechain capabilities
Because these properties we have a highly extensible, dynamic, connectible core, which does not need to "make coffee"


2) Features
Based on that innovative core concept we have been able to place all features outside the core, into a decentralized federated protocol.

- DAO catastrophe is not going to happen with this concept
- we are not an island, WE ARE THE HUB!
- we can effort to work with HTML5 without worrying
- Applications are not only Chain agnostic, but storage agnostic, you can save encrypted in a chain, but at the same time anywhere else.
- we can put everything everywhere and send it across different coins via hybrid technology
- adding other proven technologies is a means of an API wizard accessible to anyone.
- YOU decide to federate with other nodes, or use it in an intranet manner, YOU can use open policy ore decide to do it different
- If something should happen to Europecoin (not likely) the FINANCE CLOUD API isn't broken, it can switch
- we are adding ethereum features by adding ethereum and making Europecoin cross chain capable
- we (or better YOU) can add ANY feature

- Connection to fiat (next task)
