Xapo... im trying to use your API to get non xapo btc addresses balance but after i coded it it says {"error_description": "You are not allowed", "error_code": 1} Here is the url i am testing it on http://www.bitcoinfaucetexchange.com/Balance-non-Xapo-Faucet-Users.php Here is the code im using <?php

I sent few email to support about my issues with site etc...they never answered!
Ystday I wrote them I want my account deleted, they answer in 5 min: "We're sorry you go, bla bla bla..."
Fuck xapo, I'm out!

The reason is most likely this: they have no idea how to resolve your earlier problem hence they didn't respond at all. But from what I know Xapo (and any other service, tbh) has standardized and automatic answer ready for customers who want to quit. |

I left Xapo a while ago, their security is ridiculous to the point of having a product that it's completely unusable. I get they care about it but they ask for two factor authentication all the time, sms, calls, pins, password...dear god it's annoying.

I left Xapo a while ago, their security is ridiculous to the point of having a product that it's completely unusable. I get they care about it but they ask for two factor authentication all the time, sms, calls, pins, password...dear god it's annoying.
it's very safe for me, the sms/call ferivication make me enjoy and still comfortable why you not instal xapo wallet at your mobile platform? you can use 2fa from xapo app it's very simple. |

I have been using Xapo for sometime now but was not an active user. I recently thought to get involved in the bitcoin arena and use bitcoins to make purchases..... Believe me guys, I'm quitting the Bitcoin because of Xapo! They have cheated me out of £250. I purchased some bitcoins and was instructed to wire fund to their account. I sent it and they have sent me an email saying purchase cancelled. I have now been inquiring for over 10 days and have sent more than 15emails but nobody is getting back to me. Believe me guys.... STAY AWAY FROM XAPO! They're just another bitcoin scamming site. Send money to them at your own risk. I have contacted their investors as well..... but Xapo are not bothered they have my money:(

Hello everyone,
I have xapo account and debit card. I linked my xapo account to bitwage.com and everything worked well, until i tried to pay with the xapo card. My card is being rejected everywhere, ATMs, shops, even e-buying. I activated the card upon its arrival and my balance is not 0. Can you please help me out ? When I tried to activate the card on the MyChoice corporate website (thought this will help), it responded that this card can not be activated. Have some of you had similiar issue ? I wrote to mychoice support (no response) and I am writing here as I can see that this is official Xapo forum. Please help me, I cannot use my money.

Ive already wrote an Support Ticket because of the Problems. It says iam getting answered in 24hours. Iam waiting now longer than 3 days for that kind of Email. Ive used my Xapo Wallet every Day also with the Debit Card. It worked great, but from one Day to another my balance is frozen and it says Unable to send! Please fix this ASAP! or i will declare your Service as definatly Scam. Also send u a PM regards |
