It's instant delivery if you buy with bitcoins. Once they have confirmation, the code will be send instantly.

Your probably going to have to find a reputable escrow that can hold the funds and apply the code for you to make sure it works.  Once the code is applied then he can release the funds to the seller and you can have the account back.  It's to risky otherwise and you can easily say the code doesn't work etc
