I would love to see if these ARBs can even stand up in court. I have a feeling they won't....And if they did win the arbs and got a judgment, all you would have to do is write the Credit Report agency and dispute it as a fraud. The Credit reports would send for proof of documents in wet ink, if they can not produce them they will be dropped off credit reports.
