These data centers are designed from the ground up for Crypto Currency mining.   Easy deployment and the mobile convenience make the Cryptokube a great choice for those miners that want to have control of their gear and costs.  Don't be a slave to a colocation take control and get your own data center!

The options that can be added would include:

Monitoring and management - KubeOS to monitor all servers and infrastructure with alerting and device management
Environmental monitoring - door sensors, temperature, humidity, dew point, airflow, smoke alarm, water sensors
Automation - fully automated fan control based on temperature feedback to minimize power usage and adjust to environmental conditions.
Remote Power cycle of PDUs
Supplemental cooling - evaporative cooling unit bolts on in front of filters for locations with ambient temperature above 30C
Firewall
Automatic Transfer Switch - to switch between two different power feeds
fire suppression system
Security Cameras
Security Card access control - Extra trackable security on each door
VESDA fire detection system - Early warning industrial fire detection

All of these options would feed back into the KubeOS system and can all be monitored, graphed, and alerted on threshold breaches.  The system also has two way communication and is capable of basic management of devices in the data center like remote power cycling, turning lights on and off, unlocking doors remotely or adjusting fan speeds.

Correct me if i am wrong, but what i understand  from your site that you provide Cryptokube 2 container that filled with  36 SP35 Yukon already with the price of 44,400 USD.

If that is correct how can you able to provide such cheap price (About 200 $/TH) not to mention other parts in container.

You provide the miners and the land + power. They provide the container ..

If this is the case , then the price is too high for what he is offering.

Waiting for OP for the exact mean.

We're working with CryptoKube (http://www.spondoolies-tech.com/blogs/news/16358716-cryptokube), but the price they quoted doesn't include SP35.
You can contact them for a packaged deal.

The cost is for the Container and all electrical and cooling.  We can outfit with Spondoolies or whatever you prefer.

Here is what you get

1.  20 foot modified container
2.  Redundant cooling fans (german made) and filter wall
3.  Electrical panel
4.  PDU's for all servers
5.  R12 insulation
6.  2 Steel entry doors
7.  Basic monitoring package
8.  3 racks
9.  Lights and convenience plugs
10.  Options that will make your data center completely remote monitored and controlled.

Basically you provide a 200 or 400 amp main power supply and then plug your servers in.

You have to look at this unit as a capital cost in which you are going to be able to mover servers in and then upgrade as you go.  If you find a building and install all the electrical and fans and then your landlord asks you to move because your servers are too loud or they just don't want you anymore (this is happening all over the place).  The capital cost of construction that you put into the building thrown away, with the Cryptokube you just pick it up a move it and you still have all of your infrastructure costs covered.

This unit is not for the home miner.  This unit is for someone looking to invest and run their gear like a business.  Find cheap power.  Control your gear.  Not rely on a shady colocation.  Your costs to operate will be less then colocation and you own your data center.  For all of those reasons the cost is justified.  We also custom build to whatever spec you would like.

We also build enterprise class data centers so these Cryptokubes work.  This is not our first data center....it is what we do!

I like the concept and the implementation looks good, but at the same time who can afford to buy a container for $45,000? You could buy a new one few a few $k, screw a few racks in, pay an electrician to come fit it out, cut some holes out for big ass fans, ad some IP cameras etc etc...

I know you need to make money on these, but it *appears* the costs and sale price are years apart. Can you explain why that isn't the case and it just appears like that please?

Could you answer my question about the noise level please?
That's important if you want to place it in areas where people live....

Costs are as follows.   Remember all of our components are rated (no fires from the use of wrong cabesl)for the this type of application.  Yes you can buy a container and just cut holes but we are pros and do the job right.  The units are well constructed and not a backyard hack job.  We build a great product that is for the miner who wants to be serious about Mining and protecting their investment as well as having the option of controlling and owning their own data center.

3 racks. $1500
Container (new). $4000
3 hi performance german fans.  $3000.
Fan controls. 600
Louvers 500
Insulation and framing inside walls. 3500
2 steel doors. 1500
Door handles/ locks.  250
10 pdus $4000
Paint. 1200
Container Modifications. 5500
Electrical labour. 3400
Electrical panels. 3500
Filter wall fabrication   1500
Enviro monitoring.  1500
Misc cables and components.  1000

Thanks for the information.

We are running sp31 so they are very loud. Our fans are extremely quite so the servers are louder than the fans.  However with the doors closed and the fact that the unit is insulated well it does cut the noise in about half.

We just posted a new video on Youtube.  The video covers how much noise the completed Kube makes with 15 Spondoolie SP31 inside.  We are going to continue to produce videos that will explain all that goes into building one of our CryptoKubes as well as why buying a Kube is a good idea in todays Bitcoin mining world.

We have also lowered our prices significantly so please visit our site at www.cryptokube.com

Launch 200 was $38,200 and the new price is now $29,900

Launch 400 was $44,400 and the new price is now $35,900

http://youtu.be/1jhObmKIKh4

Send us questions that you want answers and we may produce a video to answer your question.

Hi,

I had a very similar project in mind for a long long time, finally started to build it.... it's finished now:

Some pictures of my container: Mining Container ~100kW by Polivka GmbH

I would be interested in your opinion on my -quite different- concept. Thanks!

I would place it into mining hardware. It's hardware without a doubt and it's for mining purposes only...
