most of the quick rich schemes are pure scam they just wait for you to put big money in their site and then they disappear or write story about being hacked

So I would say that's the bottomline, do not invest big in it...rather make small investments take the profit and reinvest if you feel.
Just do not provide them an opportunity with huge amount of investments that they can run away with.

Nope. If a lot of people "invest" small amounts into a ponzi then the operator will have received significant amounts of money. Also when you invest small amounts like that you give the ponzi operators a chance to show potential victims that they are "legit"
