Hello I was wondering if Genesis Mining will ever offer something like CEX.io with trading Hash power out for BTC. I don't think they ever will just wanted to get some feedback from the community.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

They are selling hash power for btc right now.  Cex allows users to trade with each other (hash marketplace) and is not the only one to do it.

What I am saying is I have Hash power and want to sell it off for BTC. I know a few clouding mining sites allow selling of Hash power like Cex.io GAW miners.

You might want to look at nicehash.com or leaserig.net if you want to sell hashing power that you have control of.
