has someone managed to collect the win? I've been waiting 24 hours and still nothing 
I was able to cashout the maximum 100mbtc winning from the bonus.. But it wasn't easy.. Took them about 5hours.. And those 5 hours i had to keep bugging their live support.
The bonus terms was not even clear in the first place. The bonus must be wagered 10x.. meaning you to bet 100mbtc in total PLUS, you have to deposit 10mbtc and wager it 3x (30mbtc).
Step i did was.( not knowing the terms at first)
1. Spin the bonus and won about 300mbtc
2. Tried to cashout, and about 30mins it is still pending.
3. Talked to Live support about it. They told me the terms and the max cashout.
4. Spin again to finish the 10x wager.. Done.. Still won.
5. Talked to Live Support again, Told me i have to deposit 10mbtc and wager it 3x.. Fine..
6. Spin again and finished 3x wager. With the amount i've won, this was easy to complete.
7. Talked to Live support again. They said all is good and have to wait for the system to check the cashout request. ok Fine..
8. After about an hour, still nadda.
9. Talked to Live support again,they said there is problem with the cashout system and my request will be processed asap. and said it will not take an hour.
10. Another hour has passed. still nothing. Talked to Live support again. Said system still no fixed but they will process my request asap and did not give any estimated time.
12. About two hours has passed again, still nothing.
13. Talked to Live support again. This time they said, i have to complete my profile and confirm my email. There was even no email verification when you register in the first place,even if there is, their site will not tell you to verify your email, it will just log you in.
14. Ok so i verified the email..then they said just wait and they will process it asap.. always asap..
15. Another hour has passed again.. I was losing hope and will try my last resort, to be an ass on the chat.
16. Talked to Live support again,i made it look like im frustrated and angry,that they have to let me do all this things and still not get was i earned.
17. About 5mins of talking to ls and acting angry, heard a blockchain beep!. Tadan. its there 0.100 btc.
18. I just closed the chat without even saying goodbye.
19. End of story, and will do my best to stay out.
Im not saying you guys should or should not play there. But with the experience i had, it was the worst first time client i have ever experienced on online casino. And knowing they are new to the casino business, they should keep up with other competitors.
