It's a good idea to have tools that track stolen BTC for law enforcement purposes. It doesn't make much sense to confiscate them except maybe temporarily while investigated.

Any significantly advanced cryptocurrency is indistinguishable from Ponzi Tulips.

I wish that was true.
But it isn't.
If it was, Pirate would be out of business.

Can you please elaborate that?

I'm really curious about it. Do you think Pirate only mix tainted coins or he cleans them someway?
