there's no safe coins , and 19% of the coins isent unusual i dont think there's a single coins without someone with 10% + of the coins atleast.

this is a feature still in beta test on bittrex.
ALL currencies are showing a first wallet with a lot of coins.
Probably should be an exchange's wallet

Yesterday were launched two items of roadmap, including a web wallet.
Some problems appeared soon after the launch, but were resolved in a few minutes by the dev team.
Seems good to me.

It's not an overall network richlist but the distribution between user accounts on Bittrex.
