Thanks for your patience with this.

Have been using Electrum with Google authenticator to send Bitcoin back and forth with no problem for a few months now (mainly to Dream market).

I'm now encountering this "invalid otp" problem when I've hit send in Electrum and entered password and 2FA number.

Have read about similar problems - advice has been to restore from seed.  My issue with restoring Electrum is that I don't recall being given a seed upon install, nor have I got one written down in the doc where I saved all other relevant info when installing.  The 'seed' option under the 'wallet' tab is grayed out, and there is no seed icon in the bottom right hand corner of Electrum panel.

Can anyone offer any advice on this?  Is it possible to install Electrum with being given a seed?

Are there any other ways to de-activate the 2FA in Electrum?

Many thanks.

Dan

I'm the trustedcoin admin.

From examining our logs it does not appear there is (or has been recently) any problem with our API since other transactions are being processed fine.

The advice nerioseole gave is spot on.  Jiro, If you are still having problems, feel free to contact me directly via https://api.trustedcoin.com/#/contact-us  ... if you do so please indicate either the email address you used when you signed up or provide one of the bitcoin addresses in your account so that I can find your account.
