You only need to enter once and you will stay in the db ( for 6 months or so, depending on how many new entries apply after the number of entries is capped in a couple days ).

No, I gave it an * in the list which marks it as a site that doesn't payout or is problematic in other ways.
If it doesn't get it act together it will be removed from the list. Some sites seem to prefer to stop paying out
but still stay up throwing ads at us...

Has anyone else here tried coinworker.com? It isn't a free site, you have to complete tasks in order to get any BTC. I fooled around on the site for a little bit yesterday and my balance is up to 0.05 BTC. I'll try to get back here and let you know if and when I get the payment.

Well that was quick, the .05 BTC is already in my wallet. I will try to give a bit more info. The tasks I completed were called Write Answers to Questions (Bonus for every good answer -- Good work pays 20-30 times the base pay rate!!). You only get 1 point for the task but apparently the bonus's work because my account exploded from ~70 points to just over 600 over night. You need to get to 180 points (~.015 BTC) before you get a payout, which I thought was way too high but I guess I was wrong.

Yes not at all free... more like sweatshop labor.   I used them for a while and got some BTC but got screwed out of payments for a lot of those horrible tasks.
Check out their support forums and you will see many people with a lot of problems with that site.  I will never go back there...

Thanks for the heads up, I will consider myself lucky and probably not go back.

I don't think http://www.freebtc4all.com/index.php is giving free btc. After you submit, it says "This is the address you'll get the payment from: 1KUVuPQ6NAT2LzH8NEq35Rpyz79QWqks6B "

I have been submitting for a week and search for that address; nothing came through from that address.
