I would love to win a free newbie!
According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

CoinAd.com

Yesterday, between 22:25 and 00:03 zero users registered.
Today, between 15:43 and 17:17 the same thing happened.

This is the first time there isn't a single new account for over an hour, there's usually between 3 and 9 new users every hour.

Is anyone having problems creating accounts?

google now has this to say about coinurl.com and anything delivered by them :
This site may harm your computer.

I know they need to make money but I hate them from the first time I ran into them. Kill my browser's tab every time I run into them.

I broke down and spent US $1.10 for 0.01000000 BTC on ebay. This changed my thinking  on spending time to get those 0.00000100 BTC and 0.00001000 BTC : I don't do them anymore. If I want BTC that bad, I'll just spend a few more dollars on ebay to calm me down lol.

Bitcoin Slider - bitcoinslider.com
Pays out for watching videos.  Just keep the page open 24/7 and whenever a video pops up, watch it.  And turn on audio alerts so that you know when a video's available without having to stare at it all day

Just tried it and there is no video to watch.
I have to keep my browser open 24/7 to your
site with the audio on for the "free" BTC ?
You say the payout is weekly, how much BTC
do you pay per video, if and when you have
video to watch ?

What kind of payouts do these "opportunities" offer ?
Do you have example sites to showcase these
"opportunities" that differentiate from the "lure" ?

FYI :
http://www.freedigitalmoney.com/
The "free" videos in their "Radium One" pays
0.00010000 BTC per video. Payment is
automatic after 10 videos or 0.00100000 BTC.
They also have those survey deals that is total
waste of time. Don't know why these endless
survey things exist.

Unfortunately we needed to shut down our faucets. Someone had stolen all our bitcoins (somewhere around 2BTC). We need to make completely clean up on our servers, and configure it from the beggining. This will take some time.
Don't worry you will not lose any of your accumulated bitcoins. Just after site restart, you will be able to continue collecting BTC
We hope that we will back soon. I will report site restart in this topic.
