I thing so,there i didn't found any reason to decrease post rate.It's so unfamilior,if you take a look other campaign of this service section all are going smoothly without any issue.Yes,you have should come to a decision about your pay rate that which not be confused the participants.

But, I believe the changes still awaiting payment on the day of payment. If on the day of payment bitcoin prices slightly decreased from the price when the decrease in payments, the OP will not increase payment.
