Will update stakecoin soon.
Just need to decide on a block reward first.
If its too low, people won't stake.
And if its too high, then there would be alot of inflation.
What do you think the block reward should be for staking?
Working on the update or keep it as it is? I ordered 2 VPS i7 for 0,3 BTC 1 year. VPS is also good for STK, I can give you details if you want. The network for STK is still very poor with 4-5 nodes. Please run a StakeCoin node on your VPS if you want. It doesn't use much resources. Sorry guys I was very busy with work this past month. Yes I'll make the update soon. |

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Please run a StakeCoin node on your VPS if you want. It doesn't use much resources.
StakeCoin runs great but the EnergyCoin wallet doesn't and asks much more resources. My dev is working on improvement and if that if finished I can trying. My focus is on EnergyCoin and StakeCoin is just one of my other coins I like and support. If community like to have VPS I can ask my dev to run the STK wallets but that is not for free. |

Since CINNI wallet problems, we have been unable to send , so I have not been able to convert CINNI become Stakecoin, now what way? I would like to participate in the Stakecoin!

I 've never seen you in this topic. For me no problem to help Cinni owners and get listed then on Cripsy but I'm not a big holder of STK. This coin is barely supported by a "community" and the short convert period and problems with the Cinnicoin wallet were not a good start. Please update your stakecoin wallets to stakecoin v1.1
Changes are:
Pos reward is 0.5 STK per block after 11/15/2015 @ 12:00am (UTC).
Please update your wallet before 11/15/2015 @ 12:00am (UTC).
Windows wallet and source are available in the first post of this thread.(The ANN)
If you are updating before 11/15/2015 @ 12:00am (UTC), here are the steps to update:
1.) Download new wallet.
2.) Close old wallet.(you can also delete the old wallet after you close it so you don't click it by mistake later. make sure to have it closed before you delete it though)
3.) Run new wallet.

build date? When I compile a Linux wallet with QT it shows the build date, but when compiling a Windows wallet using MXE it always doesn't show the build date for some reason. |

Block chain still stuck, only a few new pos-transactions.
We need a wallet online with mature coins and then it can start moving again.
Okay I'm also not happy how things went in the past.
If the block chain not moving again in the next days it is over and I close my wallets.
I tried hard to get movement in this "community" but I had no succes.

Move the block chain with small transactions  I hope more people support the network. Send small transactions and then moving starts and hopefully sustain. |
