Gah! Power went out at 5PM EDT last night and its 11AM EDT now... still no power. They say 5-7 days. Its killing my mining!!! NO!!!

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

You should tether your smartphone to your network so you can use your mobile data for the mining! You will use such a small amount of data for the amount of hashing you will do.

Haha. It's been brutal here in Minnesota as well. 112F on the heat index today. My crops are wilting.  Let's just say, even with my central air on full blast, I'm still glad the rigs are out the door, and in someone else's capable hands... I'm going to be a puddle by the end of my shift tonight! |

Power came back about a day later and internet ~3 days later. I was tethered to my home network for those few days. AT&T didn't like me very much.  |
