There are no further details other than what is posted in the thread, and because it is a microloan, there doesn't necessarily need to be. Common sense tells me that after a reasonable grace period of 24 hours, the loan is clearly in default, and the escrow can be given to the lender to do with what he pleases. Just was wondering what others have to say about it. Never hurts to ask. |

We have asked for an update from the borrower and the lender tells me that multiple PMs have been sent to the borrower. |
