I use tor browser to access my wallet and I just saw this notice:

whats the difference between this and accessing the normal site with tor?
The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

How so? I'm not up to scratch with tor on the technical side but i dont think it would be more secure would it? it seeems its a lot slower.

When going to the hidden service you don't exit to the clearnet and aren't subject to potential attacks that exit nodes can carry on you.
