Isn't that something a legitimate and ethical business would do considering the community is investing hundreds of thousands of dollars into their products ?

Are they shipping jalapenos first then asic singles and then 1 TH ? or all at the same time? Who gets them first, first money in ? and how many will they ship? is the first 1 Th unit going to be shipped and then the second one two weeks later? a month later? if so this is a real screw job to everyone else.

Why isn't the community demanding these answers before plopping down thousands of dollars in interest free loans? Is everyone really that greedy?

So much for an open source, co-operative, decentralized digital currency. This is looking more and more like a fiat pyramid scheme every day.

The only thing that hasn't been clear is what % of the orders will be Jalapenos, SC Singles, or SC Mini Rigs. I'm assuming that depends on the order demand.

It does not answer my question yet : What's the threshold to be or not included in the first ASIC shipping batch ?

One wouldn't hurry to tie his money to BFL unless he had the added incentive of being in the first batch shipped.

What is the size of this first batch ?
Right now a rough estimate tell me there is ~15Ths worth already paid for in BFL ASICs.

Will they be shipped all at once ?
If so, most all of the GPUs will be out of profitability range in less than a week. (at current price/diff)
