i thought you scammed enough
Can you tell us who was scammed? Betking was trusted casino and people mentioned that.
If you have enough proofs, than make scam accusation but only if you have proofs because everyone can say anything and I doubt you are saying truth.
Also they have new thread and it's better to not post here.

I don't see any people cries on scam accusation thread for being scam by them and it seems that you are the one who got a problem on your trust score and not them. Betking.io is trusted site thats why as i see on their threads they earned huge trust on their players and they actually doing some good and honest performance to their investors. So if you think that they are scam well do you have any proof of your claims? Well of yes then post it here so people could see it.

Based on the feedback he made on betking's account, the one who was scammed is his friend but he do not provide any proofs to support his accusation. So I guess it was never happened..

On the roadmap I see 2018 poker and sportsbetting, is this already in development?
Is there a way to see how much revenue Betking has?

I think this thread must be closed, it's prohibited too to have two thread about one website. That statistic is new, isn't it? So this means they made 23 btc profit in 2 month? Wow it's amazing, wonder how popular they are after reopen their website, as I know one man (owner) was working alone hard on it, curious why he was going to sell such profitable gambling website. But gladly it's still alive with same staff, had good experience with him.

Sadly yes, this scammer has made a come back with his scam website.

Affiliates have been getting ripped off and also ICO and token investors were ripped off too.

PocketRocketCasino was the original scam website owned by Dean Nolan.

Now Betking ICO was scam to make Dean Nolan rich off investors cash after he failed to sell the site. He claimed 50% of the ICO funds were for bankroll but he lied. He claimed 30 million of the 70 million ICO tokens were for development and promotion but he re-launched post ICO with the same website. He never used any funds for development at all, he used plugin affiliate software from Livetable.

Dean Nolan lied about the 50 BTC dice jackpot: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4873939.0

Dean Nolan exposed by another bitcointalk forum user: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4913034.0

Dean Nolan the owner of Betking gave me negative feedback for exposing his scams. I hope all ICO investors and those still buying tokens from his scam website get together and take legal action him. Dean Nolan even locked the original Betking thread to stop people asking questions about his ICO scam: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2150057.0

Dean Nolan scammer also never paid 2 BTC licence fee to use somebody else's Crash game software (bustabit.com): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2897545.msg47461052#msg47461052

Dean Nolan keeps making alt-accounts for Betking to avoid negative feedback. Please avoid Betking under all circumstances

Dean Nolan has scammed 2 BTC by not paying bustabit.com their licence fee: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2897545.msg47586413#msg47586413

What happened to the 10% buyback of BKB tokens every 3 months? It now says this:
Quote
If you opt in to sell a percentage of your BKB balance will be traded for Bitcoin on November 1st 2018 at the BKB price and Bitcoin exchange rate on November 1st. Half of monthly site profit will be bought back in total. Everyone who has opted in gets equal percentage of total amount to be bought back. Prices shown above are estimates.
I've Opted in, but I don't think anything happened on November 1st. Is the 10% buyback entirely off the table now?

DarkStar_'s post (below) answers my question, thanks!

I honestly have no idea why anybody would have invested either in the ICO or later by buying tokens. I hope you do not get scammed too like other investors.

I look forward to the excuse about why nothing happened and why nobody was informed....

Just look at the excuse this scammer gave to RHavar and devans when he was caught red handed for being an out-and-out liar who did not want to pay the 2 BTC licence fee to use the Crash game software on his betking website but we are supposed to believe this fool "donated" 1 BTC a day from 1st December 2017 to 25th December 2017 as a good-will gesture to 25 different good causes or charities?? Dean Nolan is a compulsive liar and a tantrum throwing baby.

betking and Dean Nolan are commonly known as scam and scammer for very good reasons. Let us see which excuses he will make in his reply to you....

I've Opted in, but I don't think anything happened on November 1st. Is the 10% buyback entirely off the table now?

It is now:

* Monthly buybacks where half of the site profit is used to buy BKB
* Quarterly buybacks where the minimum bought back would total to 10% for the past 3 months

Still on the table, and with a chance for a larger buyback.

I honestly have no idea why anybody would have invested either in the ICO or later by buying tokens. I hope you do not get scammed too like other investors.

I look forward to the excuse about why nothing happened and why nobody was informed....

Profit was small because I don't believe the new system even had a full month. Something did happen, but only a very small amount was bought back. There was significant discussion in the investor Telegram chat about the new system, so stop lying about things you don't know about.

taking a break - expect delayed responses

Interesting to see to what it has turned: BetKing scam
If Dean Nolan and betking are that great why did he use licenced software for free instead of paying for it considering it was from a fellow Bitcointalk user and fellow gambling/gaming community colleague?

It would have cost just 2 BTC to use it but the scammer Dean Nolan wanted to wriggle out paying it and blaming it on a misunderstanding and blaming it on others  Roll Eyes

You modified the code to support multiple currencies and you reformatted a few field names from snake_case to camelCase. Perhaps you even rewrote the graph rendering. But it's obvious to anyone that cares to look that BetKing is using bustabit's code. For instance, let's have a look at how the server communicates with the client. On the left is BetKing and on the right a casino using bustabit's v1 software (with permission).

Compare the state that's provided on connection:

Or when a game is starting:

And what the server sends when the game ends:

There are other "similarities" but I believe I've made my point. In any case, I'm over it. I'm just disappointed that you and BetKing would act this way.

You know we were under the opinion, wrongly, that we were able to use that code after discussing it with RHavar.

This is absolutely ridiculous of you to drag me into this.  I neither said nor implied any such thing. I would normally be willing to give you the benefit of the doubt and suggest maybe you misunderstood me, but we only spoke about it after you launched with pirated software.

But I do encourage you to share anything I said that might have given you a different impression. Just make sure you include enough context, like how you first started off with "we didn't just copy it but used reference" before then later admitting you were using a minified verbatim copy of bustabit (even including some pointless bustabit debug lines) both on the client and server, and asked about known problems or exploits in the specific version you're running. So there goes the "accidental infringement" defence. Ooops.

But reviewing our conversation, my advice was to follow the terms of the AGPLv3 version (releasing modified source code) and save you paying the small licensing fee. So please don't act like you were led astray (and not to mention: I'm not a lawyer or have any rights to the source code you're using) so my opinion is rather irrelevant anyway.

Quote
There is not any Bustabit code in the relaunched version and we even use different libraries for graphing.

That's obviously nonsense. Let's not pretend you reimplemented the entire thing in a couple days. It's exactly the same and has literally exactly the same rendering quirks and bugs that it did before. I can see you made a few obvious changes (stripped the debug lines, changed <canvas> to <svg> changed the fonts, stripped the noise function, renamed "GAME_TICK" to "CRASH_GAME_TICK" but as the original author to most of the code you're running, it's rather obvious you just spent a couple days obfuscating your previous blatant copyright infringement.

It's like you got a copy of a Harry Potter book, and find-and-replaced most of the characters and places names. Pretending it's your work is insulting.

And I'm going to be honest, I personally don't really care about copyright infringement (I pretty much pirate every movie I watch), but I do very much value honesty -- and find this whole situation extremely concerning.

And on that note, I'm not sure what's a bigger red-flag: That you raised millions of dollars with an ICO to supposedly help pay development, and then would rip Dan off for a rather insignificant once-off 2 bitcoin licensing fee. Or that you'd rather tarnish your brand and reputation over said fee.

I know Daniel said he's too busy to care, but I don't think what you're doing is fair. I intend on leaving negative trust, and petitioning the Crypto Gambling Foundation to revoke your membership, unless you can do the right thing and pay what is owed (and ideally provide a proof-of-solvency to show you are in the position to complete the terms of the buy-back program that your ICO tokens require).

Yes, betking and Dean Nolan are well known in the forum for being scam and scammer. Thankfully more people are learning the truth about him.

What is the TG link? How many members in the investor TG chat?

Don't give him those TG link and number he requested. That rogue is in no way associated with the honesty and has a tendency to rip off ppl. Be careful

Nice to see the forum mods still not doing their job.
Asked this thread to be locked over a year ago and messaged them yet it's still open to allow trolls to post in

And the scammer called Dean Nolan from betking who stole 2 BTC from the bustabit.com owner by using stolen pirated software is asking for this thread to be locked.

The scammer called Dean Nolan from betking who stole 2 BTC from the bustabit.com owner by using stolen pirated software now claims to be paying forum moderators now?

The scammer called Dean Nolan from betking who stole 2 BTC from the bustabit.com owner by using stolen pirated software claimed he gave away 25 Bitcoin to charities in December 2017 from 1st December to 25th December at 1 BTC a day as a gesture of kindness (and of-course paying for news and press releases advertising and promoting the non-existent endeavour) but never "proved" which charities he allegedly donated to yet milked all the attention.... and he is not paying just 2 BTC for stolen pirated software that he is using on his trashy betking website?

It is common fact in this forum that betking and Dean Nolan are known as scam and scammer

Should be simple for you to do a google search and post links to wherever it is I apparently paid for such press releases. Oh wait, there is none because I didn't do that.

What is easily proved though is that these charities received funds. Just search my name on reddit and there is blockchain proof of transactions and comments from the people who received.

Dear Bitcointalk Community,

Please beware and do not use betking or touch anything related to the well known scammer Dean Nolan.

The 2 BTC that Dean Nolan scammed from bustabit.com has already cost him and betking website dearly and will continue to do so.

Dean Nolan is just a petty common thief and an opportunist who managed to scam gullible investors during and after scam ICO.
