Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

You are clearly creating an exchange. Why else would you need Accounts!?!?

I don't really get all the secrecy. Some people will announce things months ahead and hype continuously. Throw us a bone or at least let us play twenty questions.

Raising AML requirements? Grin

Well, we are adding the ability to do larger transfers if you would like to meet our AML reqs. However, current policies won't change  Smiley

We are sorry but we are unable to accept this transaction as the destination account can not yet be setup because the cool new feature you stumbled across isn't finished yet

My theory is that you will be able to send funds to Bitinstant through various methods, hold them in your Bitinstant account, and then withdraw to any one place or multiple places.

Actually, before I got an awesome free Casascius coin I was planning on making a trip to Wal-mart to get some BTC to order one...but I was actually waiting for the price of BTC to fall some (looks like that might not happen as soon as I expected).

Have you opened some sort of Bank account in the UK so that people in the UK can walk into a bank in the UK (excluding channel islands and Isle of man and possibly Liverpool for AML reasons) and then just have a mechanism that let's them buy bitcoins immediately (excluding Liverpool)?
