Why should anyone care for a stupid greedy pig who thought he could get rich by buying a few coins and coward enough to commit suicide rather than facing reality?

What is sympathy?
"Sympathy" is a word in the dictionary. It appears right between "shit" and "syphilis"

It's a really difficult one, like with all these begging posts, they're deliberately crafted to play on peoples' emotions, if they really are in trouble then there are services out there specifically designed to help them, frankly though if they start posting Bitcoin addresses and ask for money without even acknowledging anything that is being said to help them then they are probably just con artists.

It sucks because there are people out there who genuinely need help and these assholes are making it harder for us to distinguish between the real ones, it just seems like another form of street begging really where they use emotional blackmail against you and yes, I think it's probably the same assholes you see on the street who are scamming passers by. If you want to help them, then send them to an organised charity or as others have said a suicide hotline, but whatever you do I wouldn't give them any money, especially if they keep coming back for more, there were some really obvious ones awhile back I saw where they kept on raising the amount they 'needed' every time they got some coins.

For some people, suicide is the best option.  There is nothing special or sacred about life - it is extremely common.

I know when my pain passes my will to live, I'll take my own life.  No need to suffer pointlessly.

(Red colorization mine.)

“Meaningfulness” does not equate to “market value.”
