So they may be reading the complaints but ignoring them.

I didn't try to accuse them, it was just an opinion. Being a big company with several numbers of staff that runs on crypto, it is quite possible that one or two of the staff has an account here. As for why (in case my opinion is correct) they ignoring complains, it could be because their account is not the official account, and replying for their company's name will be wrong as the statement can not be held as official statements.

Stop spreading false information from your rough guessing. These altcoin don't have any future from my opinion and you should explain to us why you said these are potential to hodl. Even though these are potential coins, i don't recommend to buy it from yobit.

Okay you're right. They're getting worse by the day.

Hopefully they come through. They're based out of Moscow and although really secretive, because of the organization which I work for I'm sure I'll run into them sooner or later, so it'd be a shame if they took advantage of me.  Grin

But now begins the weekdays, so we'll see how quickly they'll be responding to my messages.

You what ? What a contradiction Cheesy

Sorry but I haven't had any problems with YoBit thus far, maybe the problems are from trying to deposit to or withdraw from a coin with a offline network or fork Huh

"Even though" doesn't mean these coins are having good potential. To be more clear, i was gonna saying these altcoins are shitcoin like other but i think it would be too harsh and changed it with "Even though".

its happens to you both because you dont want to understand that this is shit site with this shit support and you must stay away, if you want to lose money and got scammed.

now you must wait several months and open many tickets and after several month your problem may be solved

good luck

I was thinking on investing some money on Yobit. I've been using it for 2 maybe 3 years but I never had enough to trade coins and missed a lot of opportunities to make some profit. So according to most posts here you guys suggest I don't do it? My initial idea was to put some 20-30k sats in there just to do some trading. What you guys think..?

Heard that they've improve their service, but I also can't ignore the fact that there are some other people complaining about their withdrawal. Me myself never have a problem with their service, last time I withdrew around 0.02 btc and it was received after 2 days. Took a while, but it's sent nevertheless.

My suggestion is if you still want to deposit on yobit, only deposit the amount you can afford to lose, like completely lose. But if you want to play safe and don't mind some identity verification, go to bittrex. They also offer a good range of coins (if not better) and have a better service too.
