From yestarday (21.10.2017) I do not receive any confirmation e-mails. Spam folder is also empty. I have tried to withdraw many coins many times - and nothing. I even can't disable setting "Send confirmation letter at withdrawal request", because I dont receive e-mails! Ticket created with no responce from yestarday! HELP!

Try the chatbox, tehy moderator is active there and he will reply to inquiries. I have withdraw there several times with the moderators help. I have bought more SNM tokens in yobit, the exchange somehow is cool. There are just users not satisfied though. |

Its very long time I also have never any reply from any mod because they are not doing any work they are just eating free money and creating troubles for investors and deposit holders I submit many tickets and have chat on chatbox many time most of wallets under maintenance mod |

Recently I have deposited some coins to try this exchange.
Changed all to BTC, and tried the Free coins and the Dice. Free coins is so laggy (maybe mining site)
In the Dice I played all in, and Won!
Headed to withdraw all my btc to my wallet, but suddenly my account became freezed and can't withdraw.
Support says I'm cheating?! (of course I didn't cheated)
So in the end they got all my money i deposited there and they won't give it to me... Also don't respond to my support ticket anymore.
I don't recommend anybody to try if don't want to loose all your money!
Not a big loose (0.002 btc) but robbing is robbing..

signatum (SIGT) is officially confirmed a scam, i dont know why they still list it here o yobit check signatum.org and read what the remaining developers have to say about the scam that happened anyways, stay away from that coin, the network is goin down cause the old dev shut down all his nodes. and most important - the current wallet contains a virus and a keylogger - this was also confirmed a few days ago. the new team will attempt to do a coinswap in dezember. |

The same here with me i have the same problem with over 2k WBB...confirm status is still : Transfer from cold storage... i need my coins urgently.....please yobit do something and fix this. Transfer was cancelled, coins returned, wallet was out of sync of a while though. Waited for wallet to be back online... tried transfer again... now same issue Transfer from cold storage. Please YoBit can you fix WBB please? |

You are not alone in this case just read many other members also stuck and waiting for withdrawals and reply from support which never come because they have no time for replying any one just wait and watch what happen to our deposits they will come or we lost forever |

It seems that 150+ pages of complaints, thefts, missing deposits/withdrawals & scam accusations isn't enough for people to understand that this is a scam exchange that routinely steals from it's customers...... I no longer have any sympathy for anyone who insists on using this exchange blatant con-artist platform. As I said last year: Indeed. I removed all my funds from YoBit (apart from the missing ones of course) the moment it became clear that they were ignoring my support tickets. YoBit are stealing customers funds & have been for some time now. They provide zero support either here or on their website & their chatbox is occupied by abusive moderators & 7 year old shills. How about this... How about when I wallet is online you allow withdrawals. Shrm coin wallet status is online, and the fork issue has been resolved, but still cant get my coins out. Why is that? Stop all of your other projects and start fixing the problems you already have. |
