Hi.

I've initiated a SEPA transfer from France to Mt.Gox account (in Poland), and 8 days later this has not been credited into my Mt.Gox account (nor cancelled by my bank). I contacted Mt.Gox support which asked me to confirm the bank and label used in the transaction, but I can't seem to get an answer from them for the last two days.

A SEPA transfer done early on day X should be credited no later than day X+1. Not having any news of this money in 8 days is worrisome. Is it common for Mt.Gox to take so many days to process an incoming transaction?

My experience is the problem has nothing to do with MtGox. It has to do with your bank.

One week delay is not unreasonable.

If you have a support ticket # and the ticket has not been closed, you can add a comment to it which might help them notice it, if somehow it got overlooked.

Same for me. Waiting on money transfered by SEPA at 26. of June. I made at least one another successful transfer from same banking account before, and it takes 3-4 workdays normally. I do not really worry at this time, but it could happen more rapid, one workday they tell you in their FAQ. Have created a ticket yesterday.

SEPA transfers are supposed to be quick.

Try to contact your bank and see if the problem is from their side (I highly doubt that, pretty sure it's the gox again).

Missing SEPA transfer becomes frequent this time, see

It's your turn, Mt.Gox.

I did a successful transfer at the beginning of June. The only thing, that changed, was the identifier, starting now with "M29" instead of "MTG". Is there a relation between?

Hello,

my money was deposited now, thanks.

I'm not sure about the identifier. I still have an identifier beginning with "M29". Mt.Gox, please tell us, is this a feature or a bug?

Mine was released yesterday, so June 26 -> July 7, that is a whole 11 days instead of the expected 1 day for a SEPA transfer (the money arrived on their bank account in Poland on June 27).

I don't buy the "AML checks" argument, which seems to be used as an excuse, as my account was marked as "verified" already. I smell something fishy, but I can't tell what for sure.

Hello,

Due to some fraudulent transactions that we have received previously, we now have to do a checkup on all SEPA deposits manually which is slowing down the process for crediting them.  However, once we have our AML checkup system for SEPA deposits in place, the delay should be resolved.  Thank you for your patience and understanding through this matter.
