How much are you paying your writers?
We are currently not generating any money but soon, with your help and some ads we will be.
So what's your value proposition, I am a bit confused. Just a by-line?
Well, you'd basically be working for free until we begin generating revenue... then we'd negotiate.
Wow, so you want people to work for you for free for an indefinite period of time so they may or may not get paid at a future date according to something that they have no control over?
As someone already mentioned, if you need good writers to make your site even remotely successful, you'll need a lot of investment. If you want to bootstrap it yourself, you should be writing for it yourself, not looking for free global labor. Do you really think any half-competent writer would agree to this?
