It could have been resolved if @TECSHARE compile evidences, arguments, and statements that might help with his campaign in a single post. How about you compile it in the first page? You are incapable of documenting any of your negative trust ratings against me with any sort of documentation whatsoever, let alone even a plausible explanation for them.

3 Total negative ratings currently, and about 7+ in the past he removed, usually because he was shamed by the community into doing so or everyone would be forced to admit the trust system is a joke. Since everyone knows the trust system is a joke now, no one is bothering to preserve it and in their mind there is no need to take action against its abuse (unless of course it is self serving in some ulterior way).

Yes you should. You clearly doesn't know how this works. Even if you are innocent, you still have to prove your innocence to the judge (aka theymos) otherwise you're going to lose, that's the reality we live in.

That's why you should compile evidences instead of just accusing him with baseless statement. Just compile yours and there's not going to be a problem. It's clear that Vod won't do that for you. You have to do it yourself.

I believe I am still here to provide evidence bitcointalk.org is not a front for organized crime.   Theymos doesn't trust me (I'm holding his pal accountable for his thefts) but as long as I'm here, he can claim he was acting in good faith.  I'll be sending Theymos the proof he asked for a while ago, and then we'll see what action he takes - for or against embezzlement.

Tecshare thinks Theymos designed parts of the trust system to fuck him and the mods are all conspiring to take censor him specifically because his off topic posts get deleted.
