I am a newbie on mining, but I want to mine ethers,
I know some basic knowledge on mining, I have the money to create a rig.
Can someone please help me on what is the best GPU mining rig set up that I can do now?
For someone who can help me, money and electricity is not a problem, I just really want the best set up.
Thanks.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Do the thing and you'll have the power.

The best single rig would be a 8 GPU set up.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NtxMhBWcxW0

This is a video guide I found. Now remember when buying GPU. Memory speed is the most important for eth mining. the 8000 mhz cards are Ideal. For AMD cards.

Also modding the bios will help you squeeze out a lot more mining power.

The parts for mining are scarce so I hope you're not in a rush.

If you want I can come round and build the PC for you as well?

Typing "eth mining" into google brings up links such as:

https://www.reddit.com/r/EtherMining/
https://bitcoinworldwide.com/ethereum/mining-hardware/
http://mininghwcomparison.com/list/index.php

Read up, nobody is going to give you the step by step breakdown of exactly what you need and how to do it.

Hopefully, you had a chance to build your mining rig by now. If you haven't check these out:

Also after building the rig, use perfectmine.io with it's own OS. It is free and easy to use.
And you can add as many rigs you want.
You can check the bitcointalk thread for it.

As a newbie, I wouldn't start with more than 6 GPUs
You will have to choose your environment, Windows or Linux, if you haven't touched Linux before, go for windows. During the install, select no key and you can use it free. You can download Windows here: https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10ISO
After, you will have to choose between Nvidia and AMD.
AMD have better performances but the overclocking it's tricky.
So Nvidia is maybe best for a test
You can find tutorials on this website: https://www.cruxpool.com/help/windows-and-nvidia/

Perfectmine.io is easier to use.
Just signup for free, for a free account with Farm features.
Download the OS, burn it onto an HDD, SSD or USB (16Gb+) and mount it on the rig. And start mining.
Every setting, OC setting, pool definition, etc.. will be done from the web interface on your account.
It is very easy to use.
Also you can check the following tutorial. https://youtu.be/V-BwStUV4GQ

You can try to build GTX 1080 ti rig or the latest GPU RTX 1080 but I don't know if it is profitable but for me, my mining rig is 1080 ti with etherpill and I'm not satisfied with the profit that is why I switch on mining with RVN coin which is better to mine than ETH.

I advise you to choose the latest GPU like RTX 1080/ti because you can resell this GPU win higher price compared to other GPU, old GPU will become cheaper compared to latest GPU's.

Use video cards and other equipment that is not older than 1-2 years, make one rig and learn the process of mining. You can experiment with Windows and Hive OS operating systems, which are very easy to set up for mining.
