Idea in the works for Months.

Im just about finalizing the touches on everything but I have been working with close friends from college on this idea.

Basically there will be two functions for our phone app. It will be casino related with a House edge as other various casinos done online.

There will be roulette/bj/slots/scratchoffs.


The hardest part to code so far has been roulette now you can either add to your account bitcoins or earn micro bitcoins by completing offers. In the proccess with tap joy atm.

So are you actually making your own game software instead of buying it?
If so, that's really cool, because even some of the huge fiat currency casinos use bought pre-made scripts which simply make it boring. My advise would be to build a reasonable bankroll before you launch, because if sites lauch with 10BTC bankroll or something around that, it makes it super hard to trust that site. Considering you're going to college, I'm not sure if you'll be able to make a good amount of money for the bankroll without getting a lend. Sounds like an interesting project though, good luck!

I would say make the house edge small, small enough to gain a profit but not drive people away, A week or so ago I saw a scam-dice site that had a house edge of 75%, and only 10 people were using it--and the 10 people that were using it lost all of their btc they had deposited within about 10 minutes of betting. Now look at Primedice, house edge of 1%, and thousands of people are using it every day.
Another thing is make the GUI "pretty" --- but efficient, and not have input/output lag.
Example: 999dice, if you try to bet, at least for me (and I have a big gaming PC and great internet) it takes about 5-10 seconds for the bet to go through, but Primedice it takes about 1 second or lower.

you guys did a hell of a work if you did those games from scratch.

lets start with roulette, is it single or double zero? you should go with single Zero IMO. how is the design? IMO very important like a poster already mentioned. a nice roulette version can be seen here

if I could see your tables I could tell you if they are nice designed.
Bankroll and min/max betting is very important but that you should already know.
the most important part I cant tell you because I want to have my own casino online in the future. it is how to attract players because there are already many casinos online. and as I am not a coder I need to buy all games separately from

Make sure the interface and menus are well laid out... .its user friendliness that helps keep players coming back.

Simplicity and good, well thought out design can make or break an app.

It might be worth consulting with a UI/UX expert to make sure you get everything right
