Can I directly buy the domains from namecheap paying them with bitcoin?
Namecheap takes Bitcoin through Bitpay, so I don't see why not.

Btw how does the seller get paid? In bitcoins?
You can ask me to buy direct, so we can do it faster without Namecheap.
Then I get paid direct from you, and you get a domain push direct and instant from me.
If used Namecheap as a marketplace, both sides (seller and buyer) gets goods but they are limited for 1 day to spend goods (using funds and domain) because of security check.
If paid by Bitcoin, it can be less, if paid by any other fund source can be more. (not more then 3 days)
Direct is faster (it's instant).
