anyone can help me
my wallet error  Cry

Not sure what that means kliown. Is this the first time you're starting the wallet? My wallet had issues getting started, but I can't remember what error I was seeing. I just had to open and close the wallet a few times and then she was happy....haven't had any issues since.

no, i have balance 1174 xbs in my wallet.
im close and open wallet, still error

yesterday wallet working well  Cry

Don't worry, your coins aren't gone. I assume you already have a backup of your wallet.dat??  Unless anyone else can offer a solution, you may have to download the blockchain again.

NWweight:53,040

damn, im forgot backup wallet Undecided

Never hold coins in a software wallet without having a backup.....thought this was a given. Better back it up now kliown and hope it's not corrupted Sad

I 100% believe in what XBS (Bitstake) is doing.  And, the move into Nigeria is brilliant. The talk about "SCAMS" in Nigeria is simply racist.

I am still iffy on XBS but you are correct, Nigeria actually has the top GDP of any African nation. We've just been all accustomed to the infamous "Nigerian Prince" scams that we overlook this major fact.

Just found this coin because of its intriguing chart and its plan and its low market cap.

Some questions though:
-how many coins do devs hold? No idea
-devs haven't disclosed who they are, correct? No they have not
-staking is NOT currently taking place but 'may' this week be implemented?? Staking is active (PoS 5%); multi-stake is about to come online this week
-how is this coin going to compete with the Bitshares and Counterparty's of the world? Good question, but the lending and trading platforms could make a difference, especially when other coins (BTC included) will be able to take advantage of Bitstake's features (sometime after beta concludes, I believe)

JL

Enough talk about pump n dump. Someone want to answer these?

And that's the extent of what's known atm Jesse Smiley.  @Anyone else, feel free to chime in at any moment..... would be nice to resemble a legitimate community for new investors

EDIT: Wow!! 40k XBS (18BTC) purchased at .00039 or above in last 10 hours. Probably won't go much lower with that in mind

Thanks, I might have to add some of this to my portfolio.

Something good to point out, they way i see this coming is a great deal of blackcoin supporters will be giving Bitstake a chance along with other communities once other coins see the impact on this kind of innovation.

Correct then again, If this was up to real facts and potential i would only target to add coins with a 1 milion usd market cap, so about the top 40 on coinmarketcap since some of them are only pow.

You make a good point qwep.  Although, it seems some of the smaller market cap PoS coins may be able to benefit the most from multi-stake. Earning stake in XBS might give these small cap coin-holders some incentive to stake again. Obviously this would be good for said coins because they would benefit from a strengthened network Smiley

Looking forward to the multi-stake.  I already book my flight to Nigeria for the Bitstake launch party.

This would change a lot in the current state of the altcoin world, picture the Bitstake platform like the hub of innovation of 2015 bringing other successful alt coins into one collective, where they could lend, trade and stake their coins.

I talked to my co-worker that was born in Africa and he said most Africans buy USD on black market at premium rates and a start up like bitstake can provide easy exchange service for Africans with low exchange rates since bitcoin can be widely converted to USD abroad.

If you look at Bitstake competitor like Bitpesa they charge 3% compared to western union 9-12%. No bitcoin exchange in Nigeria yet, so Bitstake can be a big player in few months/years.

I have not sold any of my coins since i bought it why? because I have seen a lot of coin launched on this forum that can't go anywhere just pure fantasy. Take a look at kobocoin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=920290.0 (A West African peer to peer micropayment system) it has no applications that will allow Africans to use , even their users are only limited to bitcointalk.

Bitstake is the best way to connect to Africa.  If bitstake has a marketplace for buying/selling goods and services it will likely be successfully than most coin that has it without any users.

I can sell my old phone to bitstake users in Africa Grin

In short, this coin has a lot of potential and a lot of angel investors and VC already noticed judging by bitstake twitter account.

Hmm on second-thought, this is following all the steps to being a pump and dump scam... Particularly with all this Africa bs. Does BitStake have a ground sales team in Africa? Does BitStake have a ground sales team in major European cities going after European businesses which transact with Africa businesses??? Is there any kind of plan in place?
No, no and no.
I'm pretty sure the dev is mentioning this Africa nonsense (without any real plan of action backing it up) here so that you all will compare it to BitPesa and pump up the price on bittrex with similar hopes that a VC will buy up BitStake coins. BS.
I'll watch from sidelines.
Good luck.
