There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

It's weird, because 18.000 DOGE is now worth 0.00684BTC. So, I agree with Naoko, why not exchange them in an exchange.

Poloniex is a good and trusted one for this: https://poloniex.com/exchange#btc_doge. Deposits and withdrawals might take a while though (30 minutes max per deposit/withdrawal).

You have point chief. No one will lend you some dogecoin that trade to your btc. Just use shift.io or other exchange sote so that you dont bother any member here. It is obvious that you can get what you want because you have a btc.

No need Doge For trade, but appreciate support. So i go to buy by myself (seem easy and require less time).

Thank for support.
