Has the transaction been confirmed on the blockchain? There is no point in contacting support if the bitcoin transaction itself is not confirmed.

nope but they pose as being a "corporation", right? fancy office in London  . I guess they can afford a land line.

BUT they don't wanna be disturbed. Guess what, their address is not their business address and there is no phone related with them.
So, they can easily disappear . It's the same for all the so called exchangers.

Do you imagine that so many people are trusting such ghost companies (without any valid/real address, phone number for A LOT of money?

did you send it to the right address, theres the bistamp hacked address thats been getting deposits as well.
