Reinstallation can't help. You need delete this files manually from appdata folder.

Deleted all files, except exe file, clean the windows register - don't work. all the same

If you had continued mining - you'd have known that payments now regularly get sent to the address you specified in settings - like every 2 days or so. The "big" numbers in the stats were fixed pretty soon (like next day) after BS with huge withdrawals has happened - so now you see the "right" stats - but don't expect to get 100% of that back anytime soon (though maybe Baltazar will send like 1/3-2/3 of that personally to you...).
