I've got one of these as well.  I have no idea how the thing works, but am hoping to eventually get it running 240GH/s of ASICs on solar and wind power.

It's a fully-functional ARM computer that retails for as low as $25. It's capable of playing 1080p video, has GPIO pins, 2 USB ports, HDMI out, and all sorts of other things that make me warm and fuzzy inside.

These things are pretty cool, especially for the price. I have a friend that uses one as a webserver and another as an arduino devboard type thing.
