I've purchased over $500 worth btc using PayPal from BitRent and Bitcoins101, but I'd like to see if I can grab any coins for market rate, no fees. Escrow is so that I have protection if the seller decides to run away after receiving PayPal payment. |

As a matter of fact "family and friends" will stop chargebacks on paypal, happened to me recently Chargeback can happen using family and friends so never think this method is completely safe, it is not. Too many have been burned with this method. OP, escrow does not protect the seller if Paypal is used, you need to update your post as it is incorrect. |

there is a 'safe' method to withdraw funds from paypal. Without getting chargedback. Unfortunately cant disclose that process. |

I was referring to a situation where the person buying bitcoin is honest and goes first because "paypal can be reversed" but then cannot get a chargeback when the other party does not send the bitcoin and scams |

I think almost all forms of payments on paypals can be chargedback. |
