my trip to bukarest.

Are you @Reini from Hashtalk/GH?

no, he just copy pasted

That's what I thought. Credit to the author would be nice Smiley

Do you happen to have a link to the original?

Dude... You're on GH all the time... suprised you didn't see this..

Around 870ish.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

And a new update on the homepage after two weeks of silence:

Quote
An update will be applied to website, in several steps, during Apr 28 – Apr 30 period.
The website will be kept mostly online and will go offline only for very short intervals of time.

Old info 1997, guess he really knows stuff;
http://insecure.org/sploits/solaris.passwd.overflow.html
http://insecure.org/sploits/solaris.fdformat.html
http://insecure.org/sploits/solaris.eject.html
http://cypherpunks.venona.com/date/1997/02/msg02624.html
http://www.dataguard.no/bugtraq/1997_1/0313.html

If he was 25y then, he would be about 43y now?

Google also linked one of these e-mailaddresses to http://www.cypherspace.org/
Here http://www.cypherspace.org/adam/cp-stats.txt

Which is probably related to this
http://www.cypherpunks.to/ thru http://cryptome.org/jya/cp-who.htm and http://cryptome.org/jya/

another new announcement on ltcgear.com

"An announcement regarding accounts not yet cleared will be posted Tuesday, May 12."

i haven't heard of any accounts that have been cleared.  has anyone? (except three that got 1 ltc cleared to show that disbursement worked---i do not consider that being cleared accounts)

I've only seen of just the one, here in this thread. Where did you see the two other occurrences happening?

reply 3081 and other earlier ones on the litcointalk thread (https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=22433.msg265219;topicseen#msg265219) say three.  then this is on the thread https://forum.gethashing.com/t/not-paying-ltcgear-discussions/2031/1301; "I spoke to one of the two guys who were there with Reini. He told me he got nothing but 1 LTC. How is that account cleared?Huh"---response 1269 and it was discussed in the same thread earlier by someone called "Reini" himself.

Most of the user accounts not yet cleared, will be be cleared this week.

All new cleared accounts will be required to pay new year maintenance fee (via balance link) before the payments are resumed.

A second option will be available for those users with accounts valued over a threshold which do not want to continue to mine via hosted service.

For such accounts, a share conversion (both kinds) to self maintained hardware (boards equipped with ASIC chips) will be available via account page (details there).

A Q&A session will be conducted, arrangements yet to be made.

LOL. Still not on my account. I kind of feel left out. What a joke! Anyone who pays is a fool.
