My statement was not directed at any of BitInstant's guarantees, nor its terms of service. However, get-bitcoin.com clearly did state a 1-hour guarantee (which was not met). Any damages could be settled, and at any pace, if get-bitcoin.com does not take sufficient measures for compensation, they could be labeled as a scammer.

I wasn't trolling you, I meant what I said. Your one of 10 people on this forum that actually have some sort of moral compass.

Backslapping and collusion... This does not look great.  I wish the FTC could have a crack at you all.

A "thank you" would have done it...

What is there to thank for?

You all are obviously in the same boat, and people will continue to be scammed by "1 Hour" guarantees.  No win.
