Will this contract still be valid if Machinima finds out the account has been sold? I would imagine selling your account to someone else would be against the terms of the contract.

There is a way we can set something up with paypal, because that is how they pay out. You can link your paypal to the machinima account. Or I have another private solution if that doesn't work.
