I can buy bullion for just a few bucks above spot in several places where I live. If he's looking to get rid of it and I offered to buy it for the value of what's on the coin. I'm not interested in making these btw TitanBTC. I guess the value in it is debatable as everyone would have a price on it, but to me Casascius coins and most physical Bitcoins are worthless.
