Odd figures, results and shares

OK, I'm brand new to the idea of bitcoin, but I understand roughly how it works. I do however, have a slight problem with GUIMiner.
(I will move this topic as soon as the restrictions are removed)

When I utilise my GPU, (ATI Radeon 4800) I get an average of about 820 mhash/s, but I have 15 shares after running it overnight. The results appear fairly decent on bitcoin.cz, I have no problem.
However, when I tried my CPU (Intel Celeron E1200 @ 1.6 Ghz (don't laugh I know it's shit)) I get the same average, but no shares, no profit, nada, nothing. Affinity is to both cores, ran overnight, on a seperate account, as per. Is that something I should worry about? I have three more PC's that are waiting for miner installation and long-term mining sessions, all with the same specs, but it's not going to be worth it if I make 1 BC a day.

My CPU Revision oddly appears as 15.15 when all the other models I've seen are named 15.13, I think I have a line test model or something like that, otherwise, It's a pretty decent, but standard PC.

For starters, there is no card like 'ATI Radeon 4800'. You're either using one of them:

And next, no 4 series card would do remotely 200 mh/s , yet alone 820 mh/s. The 15 shares being accepted is speaking things, a 800 mh/s rig would do 15 shares in approximately 20 seconds. Read: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison for the speeds you're going to expect.

Even if you're running core i7 extreme edition, you'll only do like 8-10 mh/s and rack up the electricity bill without a significant amount of bitcoins generated. No CPU is good for bitcoin mining anymore.

OK, SiSoftware Sandra tells me that the GPU is a 4850, but I still keep seeing jumps of between 600 to 800 mh/s, although I'm getting a more appropriate figure (about 64mh/s ave) more often now. Could there be a reason for these spikes? Or should I just assume it's a display or calculation error and proceed as normal?

Can you post what's the settings you used for GUIMiner? Are you using the polcbm miner or the phoenix miner?
I would recommend you to use CGMiner (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=28402.0) as GUIMiner is phased out, and lack the newest updates. CGMiner comes with rich features like automatic temp monitoring and self-overclocking.

Btw just to correct some figures here, 1GH/s will avg out at 13.97 shares/minute.
