At last I can post!

Just to let everyone know that I have had no problems with getting money out (eventually) or having LTC taken from my account.

I have used Stratum throughout and always cashout small amounts.

I never leave anything on the account overnight, if I can help it.

Yes, I have had the wrong address error but I just persevere with hitting the withdrawal button, every minute or so, until I do get a payout, usually within 30 minutes.

I am sticking with notroll.in!

That's if you have small amounts.
I am not going to sit there and keep hitting withdraw all day.

they pay a fee to use the pool. you make it sound like they were getting something for free.
if the operator had his crap together he had the chance to make some decent coin without

Meh. This pool was great before this incident. I was easily able to make 20 litecoins/day when I started, with my 1.2 MHash/s rate.  Right before this incident I was making 10 litecoins/day, still. Didn't mind paying the 4% fee for good service. Past 12 hours my balance has only increased by 0.9 litecoins, so I call bullshit. Something's fishy going on here.

This is pretty much the reason I left (a couple days before the double-pay incident). I was also getting about half of the litecoins/day that I should have been seeing, given my hashrate. I know there were a lot of problems with the pool (downtime, ddos attacks, etc), but I'd also see shares simply not be counted at times (cgminer is working & accepting shares, but shares aren't being credited at notroll.in). The thought that the pool operator was simply cheating certainly crossed my mind.

Regardless of the actual reason for payments that are under expectation, there are plenty of pools to choose. I switched and so far I'm doing about 60% better than I did during my last week at notroll.in. Plus, I haven't had my ltc balance raided by the pool operator! =)

Don't understand why those accounts using stratum were plundered from. All fees that were to be paid to the pool have been paid and now the pool has stolen from its workers.

I suggest anyone with a post on page 1 of this thread edit it and put big bold text up that this pool cannot be trusted and must be migrated from.  

I moved to wemineltc.com - I know none of us will see any refunds from this dude who dissappeared.


I hate to even come to this conclusion since this pool was nice when I first started and the operator seemed like a good enough guy, but it appears I joined up right before it all went sideways.

don't hesitate to contact forum's admin with your problem so he can add some nice red crosses under the name of the pool admin.

Do you have any PPS pool to advice me ? I know ltcmine.ru but maybe there is a better one.

I am also using http://www.give-me-ltc.com/ with Stratum proxy and very happy so far.  Set the auto withdraw to 3 LTC, but they have a "funding" bar to show status of hot wallet so that helps my confidence.  Never seen it dip below 100%.  Low fee and joining the "donation" group for 1% more fee gets you "faster" server connection.  I have no affiliation with them and only doing hobby mining, but so far very happy.

Just when I finally found a good pool (I thought) with a good stale rate it turns out it's now not paying out? Ugh.

Hrmm maybe the owner lost his shirt in the crash?  Or had a heart attack, expired, and is currently slumped over his keyboard? Hrmm...

Been using https://lc.ozcoin.net/ myself.
Pretty stable since they moved to stratum.

I found PPLNS to be a bit inconsistent at givemeltc.

I change according to the level of e-drama in the forums

Also abandoning notroll.in for other pools because of the ever increasing fee. Problem is too I can't get my coins out, I keep getting a 'Transaction failed(incorrect address?)' message. No, the address is just fine as it has been for many months now. Grrr.

Give me my coins, notroll.in!!

I had been trying this for the last couple of days. Finally I got sick of clicking the damn button for half an hour on end hoping for a payout. Tonight I decided to set up some automation software to do it for me. Well, after searching for 20 minutes for the right tools for the job (http://www.winautomation.com/), getting it installed, setting up a loop, etc. It runs for 2 minutes and pops out my LTC on the 5th click. Stupid luck and actually made me more upset that I wasted 30 minutes on automation that 5 clicks would have solved. hah

Good luck to the rest of you. This pool is not for me. I think you'll all be pleased with www.give-me-ltc.com though.
